Can not say much about service as I've had no issues and delivery was on time as it was stated if you purchase one I believe you will not be disappointed.

The experience was great . The website was easy to navigate. The service was fast and on time. I sent a request to your service department and they relied right away. It’s unfortunate the answer was not what I was expecting. I was wanting to buy some owl edge guard for my paddle but was told you did not handle it anymore.

Shipped very quickly and got an email reply to a question I sent support the next day.

I received my Owl paddle quickly and enjoyed it so much I bought one for my wife as well.
