The experience was great . The website was easy to navigate. The service was fast and on time. I sent a request to your service department and they relied right away. It’s unfortunate the answer was not what I was expecting. I was wanting to buy some owl edge guard for my paddle but was told you did not handle it anymore.

Shipped very quickly and got an email reply to a question I sent support the next day.

I received my Owl paddle quickly and enjoyed it so much I bought one for my wife as well.

I have a really bad wrist and the feedback from all the other paddles cause a really sharp pain when I hit the ball. With the OWL CXE that I got recently I don’t feel any pain due to the material of the paddle surface, the feedback is absorbed more. This allowed me to compete on tournaments also!!! Thanks OWL Sports!!! ❤️
