Service and delivery was great. This is our second Owl. The first one had the USB connection but the second Owl was upgraded to the newer USB-C which is not very common with our other equipment. We needed to purchase a converter. Overall, we love the Owl.

Kayla DeMuth was the person who helped answer all of my questions. Not sure about Courtney however if your culture of hiring is sound I would assume she would be just as great! :)
