Customer service was excellent. I ordered my usual size and the sleeves were a bit short. I’m tall and like things oversized. I talked with customer service who were super responsive and ended up ordering a men’s size and it’s absolutely perfect. Quality is excellent! I’ve washed and dried it and it comes out super soft and perfect. I love the product and the company that sells it!
