After months of research and despite the considerable cost I bought the set of 3 Our Place titanium frypans with lids. They are as good if not better than the advertising. Strong durable, easy to clean, effortless non stick. I have a matt -saphire induction cooktop and needed a fully stainless steel smooth bottom on cookware to avoid metal transfer during cooking. So finding the right frypan that also allowed me to use high temperatures was difficult. many other frypans suited to induction disallow high temp. But these frypans have risen to the challenge. The small is great for eggs or 2 fillet steaks, (the later seared and cooked perfectly!) The medium size perfect for nearly everything else I do, I have used it on the cooktop and then transferred into the oven to bake and it was great. The large will be a sometimes use when I need to cook for more people occasionally. The lids fit fantastically and the only improvement I would want is a glass lid to be able to see whats going on in the pan. Bonus having 3 high quality silicon and stainless steel spatula/lifters delivered in the set. Couldn't be happier.
