Didn‘t Receiver the Order and Theo didn‘t ansät in three mails!

My order still has not arrived - I ordered my product on1st December - 20 days later still no sign of my order. Not happy!!

UPS did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, they just left the parcel on the doorstep - this is very disappointing as I was sat 2 metres from the front door at the time of delivery!

Terrible customer service

Not impressed, ordered in the 6th sept today is the 24th and it hasn’t arrived, customer service told me that it is my problem and me who has to sort it out, otherwise I’ll have to pay more fees… I want to like it and hope that it will get resolved, but the customer service wasn’t very helpful
