Terrible customer service: I Asked for an invoice with correct invoicing details that I mentioned when placing an order. After insisting I get some kind of order confirmation (not an official invoice. ) with shipping details instead of invoicing details. Upon that I replied to ask for the real invoice and I simple not answered anymore. This is shady or you have an incompetent employee called Patricia.

The clay just leaked out :(

UPS states my packages has been delived to a neighbor that doesn't exist. No further information is given, just a generic first-name that doesn't live in the neighborhood at all.
