The interchangeable tip got stuck in my ear overnight. It almost ended with a trip to the hospital. Luckily, my husband managed to remove it with tweezers, but it was absolutely awful. I threw that pair away immediately. Never again.

Terrible customer service: I Asked for an invoice with correct invoicing details that I mentioned when placing an order. After insisting I get some kind of order confirmation (not an official invoice. ) with shipping details instead of invoicing details. Upon that I replied to ask for the real invoice and I simple not answered anymore. This is shady or you have an incompetent employee called Patricia.

The clay just leaked out :(
