The return could be smoother. Why not autogenerate the return label?

Unfortunately due to delivery issues this is a negative review. Despite being a . com. au website I purchased off, I then got charged in a different currency and charged international fee from my bank. This was not clearly communicated on check out from your company. So the product ended up being more expensive than displayed due to extra costs. Then I thought oh great this item is now coming from Europe. . . but when I got the shipping notification a week later (when delivery was expected), the product was actually being sent from China. . so obviously directly from their supplier. Which again, wasn't communicated. But good for you using a display company in Europe but using drop shipping from China. The item arrived 2 days before my flight, despite ordering weeks in advance. The shipping was extremely slow. The product is really good on my overnight flight, but I wouldn't recommend this company due to the reasons listed above.

Uncomfortable mask

The wrong size was issued in my order. After delivery was shipped I was unhappy that M size was not packed. However reaching out to Customer Service they quickly resolved the matter and apologised offering to send another pair or refund. On a positive note I'm happy with the goods and will enjoy my travels.

Wasn't slow, but the communication, the inaccuracies of delivery address, the impossibility of contacting someone on time. . . A lot of troubles for something so simple. But the packet seems alright, haven't opened it yet.
