Good blackout feature, but puts pressure on the head while sleeping in the bed.

It’s not a major thing, but I specifically typed ‘Ostrichpillow Australia’ in my browser. And when I was shopping on the site, it had the . au at the end, which made me think I was shopping on an Australian site. Then after I paid, I was charged a $3. 97 international transaction fee by my bank. I did get a polite response when I queried it with Ostrichpillow, saying the company was based in Spain and allowing payment in my own currency was a courtesy. My point was that I would have liked to have known at the time of purchase that despite buying on a site ending in . au I was actually making a purchase from a foreign shop. This probably sounds really petty, but it detracted a bit from the purchase experience, and Ostrichpillow may be able to use my comment as an opportunity for improvement :)

Slow shipping. Only just got here the morning of my trip

Ordered Dark Night and the colour is a light mid grey on the outside, not as depicted online or the box which is disappointing as I was expecting a much darker grey. Also my product is clearly a second as it had Velcro protector off and at the bottom of the box with slight material fraying on the inside. Premium Product? I did however buy 2 as part of my order, the second being Night Walk which is colour accurate and is in brand new condition

UPS did not deliver the parcel on site but left it at a parcel shop, although someone was there the whole time
