Whole process from order to delivery was very clear throughout. As it was a Black Friday offer I thought I would have to wait for order but item arrived without any delay.

Goods arrived quickly and where well packed. Very happy with the two products I ordered.

After a faulty pillow arrived, a replacement was sent out immediately. We have two pillows in our house, my daughter really suffers with sleep and the pillow together with they eye mask really do help her to switch off…. . she also loves to wear the ostrich pillow on long haul flights!
