My daughter struggles to sleep, we each have an ostrich pillow. She had a dramatic middle of the night nosebleed and her pillow required cleaning. After following incorrect cleaning instructions from the website, the pillow was ruined! I contacted customer services who replied promptly, replaced the pillow and changed the cleaning instruction on the site. They also sent a complementary eye mask which was super kind.

I was surprised over the quality of this item, you can tell they are of excellent quality. Worth spending that bit more on a decent product, comfortable to wear and your legs don’t sweat or feel uncomfortably hot. Would highly recommend this product.
