It's been great dealing with the customer service representatives. They respond as fast as they could considering the number of inquiries they get daily. Very professional and accommodating. Love the shipping, if they ship out my package Monday. I'll get my package on Thursday. I also love it when they include stickers and a chamber flag with my package. It would be nice to have free patches but maybe in the near future. So far I have bought 2 Oryx chassis and I am planning on purchasing 2 more. Great job Oryx and staff. Keep up the good work. Also, if you ever have a problem with your purchases. All you have to do is send them a message. They will send you a pre-paid UPS label and RMA number. Simple as that.
