I started taking this because my eye Dr. said it could help with dry eye. She also said it would be months before I noticed anything. Well, not even two months in, and my skin looks great. The winter dryness has vanished. I feel so much better after workouts - I’m sore for less time and during the workouts I feel better. My sleeping, which was always good, somehow is even better. I wasn’t expecting any of these things. This is the only thing I’ve changed or added since the new year. Can’t wait to see what the next few months bring!
