Received the wrong thing

Used this product for over a year, only to get my blood work done (Function Health) and I was below range. Reached out to Orlo with my results and their response was results may vary and we recommend a different test. Asked for a complete refund for the year and got no response. I never write reviews, but trying to save someone else time and money. Look elsewhere.

They were all stuck together in the container and I have to dig them out with my fingers and try to pry them apart.
