The delivery scheduled time was a little over run due to heavy order on that day. Nonetheless, the mattress was delivered within the same day.

Delivery was prompt and the process was straightforward. Mattress arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately the mattress protector was not what I had in mind. Still satisfied with my purchase and the service provided.

Prompt delivery. Box a hit damaged when received but inside was intact and damage-free.
