Great communication regarding despatch and location of your shipment. Incredible delivery times, usually within 5-7 days to UK. Sustainably package with minimal fuss. Garments always packaged well. Great selection of styles and colours, and all designed very different. Have purchased many designs over the past year and never been disappointed. Love the use of models of all shapes and sizes so as a customer you get a real feel of how they look and fit. I have never been disappointed with OBs products and always returning. It is just my opinion, but would be an improvement if garment tags were not as long and obtrusive, especially for smaller knickers, as you either have to cut them off, or tuck them in when wearing. The tags detract visually from the garment. Easy to navigate website page, although I would like to be able to view all the colours available on a thumbnail (i. e scroll), instead of having to click on each individual colour and press the back button on the website constantly to get back to the original colour I am viewing. From a very satisfied customer.
