3L jacket is great so far, but I found really bad quality on other products like the tundra layering pants and the Redford jacket, are warm, comfortable and good looking but I found a poor quality.

Responded very quickly, though we must have an a mix up in communication. I had to go get the coat fix as it was broken on arrival and I thought they were going to pay for it once my invoice was submitted, but I just got a 10$ gift certificate to the site...nothing on their site is 10$.

disappointed I can't return the jacket when it is WAY too big on me
