we ordered a sign and 140 customized koozies. i paid for a rush order so it would be delivered within 5-7 days. the koozies got delivered in no time! but the sign didn’t arrive with them :( it was totally the delivery drivers fault though. he just overlooked it and never delivered it to us. although, when i reached out to OSBS and told them the problem, they got on it right away!! they printed me a new sign and shipped it to me within a week! we also got 2 free bride and groom koozies with the sign, i’m assuming they did that for the inconveniences.

Shipping time was very reasonable and the color is perfect for our wedding plans.
