This is a offtap (great) product I actually have the best deepest sleeps with it and I have tried nights where I don’t have it to see if it works, and it definitely does and great to have with magnesium for the extra benefits. Highly recommend, especially if you train a lot and get those extra sessions and steps in. It definitely helps with recovery.

Great products. . . its the pricing and postage that stops me stocking it more often. . . the upside is they do have regular specials. :-)
