Shipping was fine. Not sure you product does what it says it does.

Horrible customer service to deal with a missing scoop from the item I ordered. How am I supposed to use it without the measuring tool? And they have taken too long to send a replacement.

Have been using for three weeks and no change yet.

It's working. I've been using this for 2 weeks now.
