Terrible. Ordered in December, still not received package by mid January……

Not happy with product. My husband is having trouble sleeping so I bought this product for him but it doesn’t work. I have emailed you to see if you have a return for refund policy but have not heard back from anyone. It is a lot of money to not work. Not happy.
