Awful experience. Too long waiting for shipping. No customer service. It took lodging a dispute with my payment provider for the product to turn up. Ill be sticking with hercules supplements from now on.

Will not purchase your products again online because after my purchase my credit card got hit with over $1000. 00 worth of unauthorised transactions so will not buy off you again 👎😖😫

‘Too soon to tell’ I just started Thermoburn so I can’t say much. I’ll give a star for the sake of it.

My order was “shipped” twice and yet never moved past appearing in the Australia Post app. After being stuffed around for a month I finally got a refund- of just the product. Yep, they kept the cost of shipping. Shipping that clearly never happened. So I’m out of pocket $12 but gained a month of being stuffed around. What a joke. Avoid them.
