I really can’t say too
I really can’t say too much at the moment as I am in my second week heading into week three, energy level is way up but as in weight loss is a no like everyone else, I work out three times a week doing 10 klms on treadmill plus a 40 minute personal training session. Have been doing this for quite a few months but nothing is shifting as I put it down to menopause blocking my metabolism. I have tried other remedies cause I have put quite a bit of weight the last two years .
So waiting another week or two to see if this kicks in.
Sorry for the long review but it’s how it is at the moment.
