Awful. Waiting for customer service to read my emails and issue a refund

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Onesavvygirl and won't be back. The shipping took forever. I was sent 2 when I only ordered one. The buckle strap broke with in a week of having it. (So I guess it's a good thing they sent me two, because I had a backup). I have emailed Customer Service twice and have no responses.
