Returns shouldn’t be charged

Service on my return has been terrible and I am not getting a response as to where my full refund is!

I have sent you an email asking for a one time courtesy. I thought the returns were 30 days and it seems it’s 14 and I am 21 days.

It didn’t fit but that’s not the problem; $15 to return when I could have gone to the post office and return it for less?

I need a replacement dress
