I've now ordered multiple suits, slacks, and odd vests from Oliver Wicks and I've been very pleased with the results. It's the most affordable custom suit program I've found, they're great to work with, their fabrics are top notch, and their selection is nice. I've recommended them to several other people. I'll be looking to them every time I want another suit.
