The service from Marchella and the staff couldn’t have been better. Questions were promptly answered. Once you understand the process and care OW takes, it rivals going to a bespoke tailor for custom outfits. Once the first suit was altered and I sent my tailor’s measurements to OW, successive outfits fit with no further adjustments. They were very accommodating regarding some customizations like adding brass buttons to a blue jacket rather than the standard buttons. The styling is solid. I prefer British-American cut clothing as I am more senior and conservative, shall we say. I can rest assured that these suits will wear well over the years as they are made from quality fabrics and construction. No fused suits here. Yes, I did spend extra for full canvas, and it shows and feels good. People notice, as I receive multiple compliments from strangers as well as aquaintances. Well Done and Thank You All!!!

I cannot thank Marchella and staff for their hard work in making me a memorable Pascha (Easter) outfit. Classic, subtle, elegant when combine with my formal trousers, Opera style vest and pique bib shirt (burgundy velvet bow tie, of course). Absolutely formal, but relaxed look. No additional alterations needed. Arrived on time for our celebration.

This is my second suit, but third outfit from OW. The communication among the staff and me is the best. There was initial adjustments with the first suit. My personal tailor marked down his alterations and with the additional photographs, succeeding garments were tailored as if I had been personally present. The finer details like functioning sleeve buttons, suspender buttons, shoe heel-hem guards, finished seams are immaculate. I have received multiple compliments from acquaintances on how well dressed I look. The style is classic, timeless. Thank you, Marcella and staff!!!

The overall experience was fantastic. The step by step instructions for getting at-home measurements were clear and simple. Service representatives were very communicative and confirmed my sizing before proceeding with the tailoring. On top of all that, the suit fit phenomenally right out of the box. I appreciate the attention to detail in every seam of the suit. Unlike some off the shelf companies there were no loose threads or loosely secured buttons. Everything about my Oliver Wicks experience was truly top class. I will definitely be recommending them to others!
