This was my first purchase from OW and overall it was a fantastic experience. Carissa was easy to work with, courteous, and prompt with her replies, even considering the time difference (I’m in the US). The first jacket didn’t fit right and it was remade, no questions asked. The remake fits great. Some patience is required since this is MTM and they are based in Europe but my experience is that the finished product was well worth the wait. The fabric, quality, and craftsmanship are top notch. I will definitely order from OW again.
