I knew the ring I got was the right one from the very second I saw it and I jumped on buying it the day I saw it. The order came through quickly and I actually got the ring earlier than I anticipated. My now fiance is very happy with it and so am I, there is just one thing I wish was different and it's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5... About 2 weeks before I bought this ring, my fiance and I went to several ring shops and got her sized just to ensure I would get the right size when the time came. All the places she was sized said she was a 4. So, I ordered a 4. However when the ring came and I put it on her finger, it was just a little too big, maybe by a half size or so. Not so big she couldn't wear it, but it was noticeably too big that the stone swayed back and forth on her finger. I double checked to see if I ordered a size 4 and I most definitely did so I'm not sure if they accidentally made it a half size too big or if their rings run a little bit bigger than other companies. Regardless, it's not that big of an issue, we can resize it, it was just a bummer that despite our efforts to ensure we got the right size, it still came out a bit too big. I would still recommend Olive Avenue to anyone looking for rings and I proudly tagged them on my instagram post of our proposal. Great company, great quality.

The ring was great, and you guys were very helpful and timely sending the new ring. The only problem is that the website is a little confusing on the color options and pictures, but other than that we are really happy with it!

I returned a few things about 2 months ago and I have yet to get my money back. This is still an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved
