I've paid on 4/4 but until today 17/4 yet to receive my things.

Email promised to take a look at my order issue between 1-3 days. It’s been 2 weeks, i sent 2 reminders but received no reply at all. Terrible.

My free items that were so wifely promoted and marketed was not received and when I reached out both via email by replying to the order (says email is invalid after replying) and via the email provided as well as via facebook, I received zero response.

Why bother asking to choose design when they will send you something completely different? They did not inform me, twice, that the design I selected was OOS , and just sent a random design anyway, thinking that does not matter. The only reason customers buy this brand is to select the design.
