The delivery of goods take longer than expected

I do not understand why the sudden change in packaging. It was wrapped with plastic ONLY without any box as how it usually is, plus most of the items are dirty. Not what I anticipated from Offspring, considering I have been a loyal consumer for 4 years now.

Old is User Friendly New one is very bad. . .
