The same review as per my review on the product which is more on the handling / packaging + level of customer service. Disappointed.

Monthly subscription is not using friendly, as hard to amend the products.

My order was oos but i was not notified. As i email the support service thy informed me and i we agreed to proceed with refund. Waited more than a week to email again. Only then my refund was proceed. Little dissatisfaction with the lack of service.
