Superior Customer Support!

My hag chair was shipped in 2 parts chair and headrest. I had severe issues with both shipments as my hag chair and headrest arrived damaged. Bella my support agent immediately contacted the manufacturer and got me replacement parts sent over within 5 business days. I was in all honesty at my wits end as the hag chair was very pricey and arrived damaged TWICE. If it wasn't for Bella's superior customer service (she literally emailed me updates and checked on to see how everything was going at every step of the shipping and replacement process) I would have returned the chair and NEVER used officechairusa again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because officechairusa needs to get their manufacturers in order because they shipped me damaged parts TWICE. In conclusion, if you have issues with the manufacturer the customer support team is in your corner. AA

Shipping box was damaged upon delivery. However all contents of chair were intact and well packed so there was no issue.

Chairs are a great product, and the sales staff is great, but we were scheduled for delivery yesterday, and it still has not arrived.
