I order seat covers for a functional but damaged HAG chair and now the chair is like new! The order was quick and easy and the upholstery options were seemingly endless! It was a wonderful experience!

I ordered a Eurotech Vera chair which was missing an armchair screw, a backrest screw and the headrest. I called and spoke with Dave who told me they would take care of the issue and shortly thereafter received an email from Isabella who told me they were shipping the missing parts within 48 hours which is exactly what happened. I received the chair on Tuesday and the parts will arrive next Monday so they did a great job. I was able to do a temporary fix with screws from the hardware store just to be able to use the chair and it is very comfortable. Eurotech makes a great chair, they just need to package them more securely to avoid lost screws. The screws were loose in the box and the tape was thin and broke along the edges allowing several screws to fall out in transit. The takeaway is that I still have a high opinion of Eurotech as far as comfort and quality. Both people at Office Chairs USA did a great job getting the parts shipped rapidly which was excellent on their part. Based on how this was resolved I would have no reservations ordering from either company again. Mistakes happen but some companies handle them well and some don't. This was definately handled very well.
