I ordered a set of wiper blades for my 2020 Lincoln aviator. I was worried about ordering online.I received the blades on schedule, however unfortunately I had an issue with the order. I called the dealership and spoke with McKenzie . She was very polite, and very professional as I explained the situation, she resolved my issue promptly. Parts can be very complicated but I can assure you, I will be ordering many more from McKenzie as needed.
