In general good products and arrived in good condition. The big disappointment was the expensive honey which couldn’t be used.

It's okay taste wise, I guess, but it is super thin. I specifically searched for a thicker pomegranate vinegar and this one is way too watery. It looks and tastes nothing like the old vinegar I wanted to find an alternative to.

I am sure that the product (Meze Hamper) will be very nice, but the experience with the delivery was unacceptable. First delivery - upon opening the protective packaging I found a sodden box; one of the glass jars had broken. Second delivery - tried to deliver to wrong address. Third delivery - success, albeit a week later, many phone calls, and apparent problems with contacting the courier. Customer advisers/sales team were very helpful, but little offered in respect of compensation.

It arrived with only a few days shelf life so I had to bin half of it. Very disappointing

One gravies was mouldy two months before use by date , I know this can happen but did not expect it .
