Change your delivery provider
I am sure that the product (Meze Hamper) will be very nice, but the experience with the delivery was unacceptable. First delivery - upon opening the protective packaging I found a sodden box; one of the glass jars had broken. Second delivery - tried to deliver to wrong address. Third delivery - success, albeit a week later, many phone calls, and apparent problems with contacting the courier. Customer advisers/sales team were very helpful, but little offered in respect of compensation.
