We received our order and it has spilt. The bottles were all practically empty and damaged. They were so quick on responding and corrected. They replaced all of the products we paid for that were ruined and included some travel size goodies / testers and a hand written note. This is the customer service other companies should aspire to uphold. I will buy again based on customer service alone not to mention the amazing products!!
