Company hasn’t responded about sending expired product but is active on social media.

came late, and I had already paid for delivery. When it arrived, they charged me extra for the delivery, and when I emailed them, they didn’t respond.

The product was sent back to owner by courier, i didnt get any refund nor the product and contact team are not responding!!! May I know the way forward

Awful brand. Bought item all the way from the UK, waited ages for it just come with a hole in the bag. Completely unusable. Contacted customer services three times and absolutely no response. So annoyed and total waste of my money.
