The bracelet I purchased is lovely but unfortunately a lot smaller than I expected - especially for $400. I don't think the photos on the website truly show the size accurately. The service I received from the Kirsten Ash team was unfaultable. They were fantastic to deal with and I received my engraved purchase to New Zealand very fast.
