And anytime and every time I've needed to speak with a representative of this company, always pristine/integrity/helpful! Even when our mail here in the state of GA. has been messed up. Customer service is always throughout the years helpful! And most of the time my packages arrived quickly! I live in the state of Georgia and sometimes (as we've had quite a fiasco with a new opening of a facility) Even then Nutramedix manages to make sure I get my product!

I love these products and this company, I do wish the rewards program was easier to use, but call if you make a mistake trying to use it and they will get everything right for you. Exceptional customer service.
