I am waiting long times to log outdoor tracking, it never picks up a GPS signal. Most of the times the left tracker is disconnected.I did some indoor exercise but I would like to get more outcomes from the these sensors than just general suggestions in a simple text. The soles are not connecting properly on my iPhone 11 Pro all the time, I have times that I wait for a minute to get them connected. Bad experience. On the other hand the soles and the trackers are nice engineered and the Industrial design is great and compact. I wish it would work. I gave up and just left the on the shelf. I would like at least get the sensor data in csv file too. that would be helpful for research areas that I am in.

Has not worked since day 1. I called daily and someone set up an appointment with me too try to fix it and never called me. When I called they told me they missed up the time because of the time zone. still not working
