I only say 3 because the purchase details are not strong and misleading. The machine is not something we will use but your staff and shipping was as should be and expected. We received the product quickly, we just were unsatisfied with the process in which we needed to use the machine.

Over price with little interest of re-ordering it.

Alot of my pouches came with an expiration date only a few weeks out. I had to throw out a bunch of pouches
