The overall shopping experience was excellent. The website was easy to use, ordering was straightforward, and the package was dispatched incredibly quickly to Germany. Everything arrived without any issues, so I really can’t complain. Very smooth service from start to finish.

I ordered a pair of the 8 hole greasy black boots; Solovair were so efficient! The order was dispatched quickly and arrived much quicker than expected. Unfortunately size was too small even though we used chart and read reviews. Other reviews said to size down, we didn’t because my eldest wears orthotics so there wasn’t enough room for her insoles. I must say that this company is exceptional, returning and changing for another size (cost was covered) was seamless. The quality of the boots was incredible so all around an excellent company to deal with, other companies could learn from them! Five star service all the way!

Very quick service, I ordered boots on a Sunday evening and by Tuesday I was wearing the boots. Considering I don't live in the UK and delivery to Europe I have to rate this first class. No issues with break in, the size was perfect. It can always be hit and miss when buying anything via the internet sight unseen but I am happy with my purchase and would recommend NPS Solovair to others. With winter coming I am now considering the full grain brouge boots for the coming season.

I love Solovair since several years, never buy another shoes since my first purchase. I received my packet in France very very quickly.
