Excellent shipping, notifications, and exchange process. I ordered online for shipment to EU and received the two items in about 48 hours. I needed a size exchange and it was two days to send back to returns center, then another two days to receive next pair. Very satisfied with the overall product and process.

Question answering is fast. Very nice tools on your website to choose the right size. Explaination of your size system is nice. Returning process is very easy.

My expectation was outrated. These Shoes are made for Walking. The design is grate and they are comfortable to wear. The Service is also excellent und mails are answered quickly. I live in Germany oder there wasn’t any delays.
