Shipping was prompt and everything was packed well and came intact. There was an item missing from my order, but I sent NovaColor an email about it and they got back to me pretty much immediately and sent me the missing item!

The only paint and medium products I use. I live in Florida and haven’t seen anything close to the quality of NovaColor in my area. Love you guys.
