I purchased a large order and one of the boxes were ripped. all the boxes were supposed to be 30 pounds but when I felt how light one of the boxes was, I knew something was wrong! I took videos and pictures to submit to nova and the account manager took care of it right away! I received a whole new box of wax to replace the damaged box with in a week! Great service! And I love the wax! Thank you Nova!
