Love the product and the concept of how to use the product and its ingredients. Just need a little more practice for certain areas to use it. Wish all salons that do waxing had this product. So much more efficient.

Shipping is kind of expensive, wish they had a loyalty program or discounts for license holders

The shipping packaging did not suffice in the Texas heat. Some of the top pieces of my wax were destroyed.

Great product, but shipping is not good at all. Paid for 2 business days delivery and waited for 2 weeks to get the product. Not cool. Still, products are great and I'm gonna use them in the future, but don't trust shipping times.

I usually purchase the wax pucks in bulk, but I wanted to try out the beads. They melted perfectly and consistency is very much the same as the pucks but for whatever reason it seems that the wax cracks and breaks. I’ve never had this issue with the wax pucks so it was just a little discouraging when it happened over and over again even after adjusting my pot temperature. I love Nova so I will continue to purchase. I’ll stick with the wax pucks though.
