The arrangement was beautiful, not much different from the original floral before I upgraded for an additional cost. The one thing I was very disappointed in was that you had called my son prior to the delivery and took the element of surprise away from him. He had NEVER had flowers delivered to him prior to this and by you calling to make sure he’d be home and if there was a gate code took the surprise away. You have a box for that information when I ordered it and would have put that in there had it been needed. My first experience spending $175 for a once in a lifetime special occasion.

Pretty, but definitely not as full as advertised.

I’ve been ordering flowers from North Scottsdale Floral for years and have always loved the products. My only issue with my recent order was that you contactedthe recipient of my flower gift several days in advance, then she called and texted back and never heard anything so was left thinking about this for multiple days. The flowers were delivered on time but the whole point of flowers is for the person receiving them to be surprised and not needing to anticipate the gift, especially so many days in advance. Same day I can understand but this was on a Thursday for Sunday delivery. It was Mother’s Day, so can appreciate how busy that can be, but have never had this happen in the past. Just wanted to let you know since I respect your business so much and want to continue ordering from you in the future.
