Got a pair of shoes that I loooooved so I bought another pair, different style. They hurt my feet SO BADLY.

Love your designs. Just waiting for vegan options!

Products took 2+ months to ship. Communication of shipping/delivery times was extremely poor. Customer service, when contacted, was somewhat helpful. Product was great, but I’m not sure if I would purchase from Nisolo again.

hey guys, i love your products and have great experiences with customer service. however, i was recently pretty disappointed how much my ecuador sandals stretched in the rain. i was caught in a brief, unexpected summer shower in NYC and didn't think they got too wet - but i had to give them to my sister, who is a full size bigger than me. such a bummer. not sure what you can do about it, or how i could have prevented it, but unfortunately might keep me from getting any more... thanks for asking!

Your customer service is excellent, and the quality of materials a 5. However, my large bag bleed dye onto my nice leather computer case, and though you sent me a leather cleaner it still didn't all come off. Also, one of the pairs of shoes I have bought, the flats, the insole lifted out of both shoes within weeks of wearing, so I think there are some details for you to iron out on these.
